● Who We Are
Empowering the Next Generation to Do Good Work.
We’re here to make sure Black students never walk their journey alone.
The Good Work Foundation provides scholarships, mentorship, and real community support for students pursuing college or vocational programs. From emotional guidance to career-aligned mentorship, our approach is rooted in love, intention, and opportunity.
Because Every Student Deserves a Village.
● What We Offer
Our Commitment to Students
Annual Scholarships
Two life-changing scholarships awarded each year, one for a college student and one for a vocational student.
Funding that lifts students forward.
Mentorship Program
Guidance that feels like support, not pressure.
Students can join our six-month mentorship program to get guidance from a professional in their field of interest. Each participant is matched with a mentor, receives monthly check-ins, and gets real support to help them grow, learn, and take their next steps with confidence.
Community Support Initiatives
We show up like family—sharing resources, connections, and encouragement to help students thrive.
A village that shows up.
● Why It Matters
Black students deserve support that feels like home.
Education comes with challenges—financial stress, uncertainty, lack of guidance. We exist to lighten that load and give students what they need to move forward confidently. Every contribution, big or small, helps us reach more students and build a stronger foundation for the next generation.
